About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Specialist focused on Content, Growth and AI to join our fast‑paced, product‑driven team in Italy. You will work on B2B digital products, creating compelling content, supporting brand visibility in AI‑driven environments and contributing to growth initiatives from day one.

Key responsibilities

  • Create engaging marketing assets such as blog articles, case studies, social media posts and other written materials.
  • Support brand visibility analysis in large language models and help optimise digital presence.
  • Participate in event‑related marketing activities and broader content‑driven projects.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, design and development teams to align messaging and campaigns.
  • Use AI tools to enhance content creation, productivity and marketing analysis.
  • Assist in coordinating small projects, gradually taking ownership of larger initiatives.
  • Contribute to data analysis tasks to derive insights for marketing decisions.

Required profile

  • First‑hand experience in marketing through internships, freelance work, academic projects or brand‑management initiatives.
  • Strong writing and content‑creation skills with a portfolio of blog posts, articles or LinkedIn content.
  • Ability to manage small projects independently from initiation to completion.
  • Confident communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Fluent in Polish and English.
  • Basic analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data.
  • Hands‑on experience using AI tools in daily work.
