About the role

Bolton Food is seeking a National Key Account Manager to lead growth with its national retail partners. Based in Milano, you will shape commercial strategies, optimise product visibility and drive sell‑out performance across the company’s food portfolio.

Key responsibilities

  • Negotiate and manage commercial agreements to achieve business KPIs.
  • Deliver on sales targets and maximise customer profitability through optimal category mix.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Trade Marketing to design tailored category and trade plans.
  • Design and execute customer‑specific promotional activities.
  • Identify new business opportunities to improve efficiency and profitability.

Required profile

  • Master’s degree in Economics, Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in sales and trade‑marketing, preferably in FMCG or retail.
  • Strong analytical and data‑driven mindset.
  • Fluent Italian and good English proficiency.
  • Excellent organisational, interpersonal and stakeholder‑management skills.
  • Results‑oriented, proactive and a team player.
