About the role
We are looking for a Pay Equity Associate to join our Career Consulting team and support clients across Europe in navigating pay transparency, equity, and DEI initiatives. The role is fully flexible within Europe and operates under a hybrid working model, allowing you to work from your home location while collaborating with colleagues and clients.
Key responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end client projects on pay transparency, equity analysis, and local pay‑gap compliance reporting.
- Analyse workforce and compensation data, employee listening results, and policies to identify improvement opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver executive workshops, presentations, and actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify new business opportunities and support prospecting.
- Partner with internal disciplines to share knowledge and develop innovative solutions.
- Contribute thought leadership on emerging legislation and market trends.
Required profile
- 3‑5 years of experience in rewards/compensation consulting with a focus on pay equity, transparency or DEI.
- Strong project‑management experience leading small to mid‑size projects.
- In‑depth knowledge of EU pay‑equity legislation and global best practices.
- Fluent English; additional European languages are a plus.
