React / React Native Developer

About the role

Epassi is looking for a React / React Native Developer to join its Engineering team in Milan. You will help shape the next generation of our digital corporate welfare platforms, delivering intuitive, secure, and scalable solutions that support thousands of employees and partner companies across Italy.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Design, develop, and maintain web and mobile applications using React, React Native, and TypeScript.
• Build and evolve front‑end architecture, ensuring performance and scalability.
• Integrate front‑ends with REST APIs, GraphQL, and AWS‑based services.
• Manage the build and distribution of React Native apps on iOS and Android using Expo EAS or native pipelines.
• Maintain high engineering standards through testing, code reviews, and clean architecture.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and retrospectives.
