About the role

We are looking for a remote high‑ticket Sales Agent who will conduct 1‑on‑1 video consultations and enroll premium clients into our life‑transformation programs. The role is fully remote and focuses on guiding prospects from initial interest to enrollment in high‑value coaching packages.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct 1‑on‑1 sales consultations via Zoom using the proprietary 5‑Pillar Life Analysis Method.
• Close and enroll qualified prospects into entry‑level ($1,000) and premium coaching programs ($5,000‑$25,000).
• Lead deep, high‑status conversations, turning objections into breakthrough moments.
• Collaborate with the Appointment Setting team to ensure smooth hand‑offs and high attendance rates.

Required profile

• Native or C1‑level fluent English (written and verbal).
• Proven experience in high‑ticket sales, closing, or enrollment coaching.
• High emotional intelligence with the ability to hold space for client vulnerabilities.
• Professional presence on camera with stable internet connectivity.

Required skills

• Expert level proficiency with Zoom (video etiquette, camera setup, stable connection).
