Resort Food & Beverage Director

About the role

Join a growing family‑owned hospitality group as the Food & Beverage Director for Arbatax Park Resort & Spa. You will lead all F&B operations, drive sales, and ensure a memorable guest experience in a dynamic resort environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the entire F&B department, including restaurants, bars, and new facilities.
• Implement and enforce sanitary, catering and other regulatory procedures.
• Control inventory, oversee opening of new outlets, and set service standards.
• Develop and monitor budgets, financial targets and cost‑control measures.
• Prepare annual business plans and coordinate with culinary teams, suppliers and other stakeholders.
• Monitor guest satisfaction, address service quality issues and drive menu innovation.
• Lead, coach and develop a team of managers and staff.
• Negotiate contracts, maintain vendor relationships and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration or a related field.
• 7‑10 years of experience in food and beverage operations, preferably in a multi‑unit environment.
• Proven leadership experience with strong financial acumen.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic setting.
