Restaurant Manager – Luxury Collection Hotels, Costa Smeralda

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead the food‑and‑beverage operations at the Luxury Collection hotels Hotel Cervo and Hotel Cala di Volpe in Costa Smeralda. The role oversees restaurants, bars and room service, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and strong financial results.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily restaurant, bar and room‑service operations, stepping in on the floor during peak periods.
• Assist with menu planning, maintain sanitation standards and ensure compliance with food‑handling regulations.
• Manage staffing levels, schedule employees and provide training to meet service and financial objectives.
• Monitor and improve guest and employee satisfaction, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Control costs, maximize revenue and uphold all local liquor and health laws.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED with at least four years of food‑and‑beverage experience, OR a two‑year degree in Hospitality, Food Service Management or related field with at least two years of experience.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a team, communicate effectively and act with integrity.
• Strong organizational skills and the capacity to perform duties in the absence of staff.
