Restaurant Manager – Luxury Hotel F&B Outlet

About the role

The Restaurant Manager will lead the food & beverage outlet of a luxury hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while driving profitability. The role demands a passion for gastronomy, strong leadership, and a commitment to continuous learning.

Key responsibilities

• Guarantee guest happiness and satisfaction by adhering to service standards and policies.
• Motivate and develop the team to achieve high‑end market performance.
• Oversee recruitment, training, coaching, and supervision of staff.
• Manage financial goals, budgeting, inventory, and cost control in collaboration with the F&B Manager.
• Ensure compliance with licensing, hygiene, health, and safety regulations.
• Produce staff rotas and monitor service standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within 5‑star hotels or renowned restaurants, preferably international.
• Fluent in Italian and English; additional language is a plus.
• Valid HACCP certification.
• Professional Sommelier certificate or gastronomy studies preferred.
• Strong competencies in team performance, personal effectiveness, business awareness, and service excellence.
