Senior Consultant People & Change

About the role

KPMG is looking for a Senior Consultant to join its People & Change team in Milan. You will work on high‑impact transformation projects for large Italian and international clients, helping them redesign HR operating models, improve employee experience and embed change initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Design solutions and models to enhance employee experience.
• Redesign HR operating models to improve service delivery and satisfaction.
• Define talent, performance, and learning & development frameworks.
• Lead organisational redesign and process re‑engineering through change‑management initiatives.
• Conduct organisational assessments, skills mapping, impact analysis and mitigation planning.
• Develop and implement internal and external communication strategies.
• Monitor pre‑ and post‑transformation performance and address gaps.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Management, Production Engineering or Business Administration.
• 2‑4 years of experience in People & Change projects, preferably in a consulting environment.
• Proven leadership abilities in team coordination and client management.
• Excellent command of English, with international study or work experience preferred.
