Senior Director, Supply Chain – EMEA Cluster Leader

About the role

Johnson & Johnson MedTech Orthopaedics is seeking a senior leader to drive end‑to‑end supply chain excellence across a strategically critical EMEA cluster. The role will oversee supply chain operations for Germany, Iberia, Benelux, Central and Eastern Europe and South‑Africa, ensuring seamless product flow from manufacturing to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full supply chain network for the EMEA cluster, covering planning, sourcing, production, logistics and distribution.
• Develop and execute strategies to improve service levels, reduce costs and increase supply chain resilience.
• Partner with regional business units, manufacturing sites and external partners to align supply chain activities with commercial goals.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging data analytics and best‑in‑class processes.
• Prepare the organization for the upcoming separation of the Orthopaedics business into the standalone DePuy Synthes entity.

Required profile

• Extensive senior‑level experience in supply chain leadership within a multinational environment.
• Proven track record of managing complex, cross‑border supply chain networks.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Fluency in English; additional European language skills are a plus.
