Senior Manager Change & Business Readiness

About the role

The Senior Manager – Change & Business Readiness leads the end‑to‑end adoption and business readiness for complex transformation releases within Johnson & Johnson’s Transcend Programme. Reporting to the CEBA Release Model, the role partners with Deployment Leads and Value Stream Leaders to ensure seamless integration of business readiness with technical deployment across global markets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and orchestrate change, engagement, training and adoption activities for assigned releases, covering impact assessment through hypercare.
• Own adoption outcomes for the Order‑to‑Cash (OTC) value stream, driving behavioral adoption rather than mere activity completion.
• Act as subject‑matter leader for logistics execution, distribution, order management, customer excellence and Global Trade Services (GTS) within the OTC domain.
• Conduct Change Impact Assessments across Logistics, Customer Excellence and GTS, translating impacts into site‑level action plans and persona‑based adoption strategies.
• Enable localisation of impacts across regions, ensuring alignment with local processes and regulations.
• Collaborate with Deployment Leads and Value Stream Leaders to embed business readiness into technical roll‑outs.

Required profile

• Senior leader with extensive experience in change management and business readiness for large‑scale ERP transformations.
• Proven track record delivering adoption outcomes in logistics, distribution, order‑to‑cash and trade compliance environments.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across global, multi‑site organisations.
• Ability to translate complex process impacts into actionable, persona‑focused plans.

Required skills

• S/4HANA (SAP) implementation experience.
• Change Impact Assessment methodology.
• Business process mapping for OTC, logistics and GTS.
• Knowledge of global trade services and compliance requirements.
