Senior Project Manager – Remote (Contract)

About the role

INFUSE is seeking a Senior Project Manager with a strong background in Business Analysis or Product Management to lead strategic initiatives from analysis through to automation. This fully remote contract position will have you driving end‑to‑end project delivery and delivering measurable improvements across teams and the company.

Key responsibilities

• Lead multiple cross‑functional projects simultaneously, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Own the full project lifecycle: planning, solution design, budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management.
• Analyze workflows and business processes, identify inefficiencies, and translate findings into actionable requirements.
• Drive process improvements through modeling, data analysis, and gap analysis.
• Coordinate change‑management activities and secure stakeholder buy‑in.
• Maintain alignment with stakeholders through requirements gathering, progress updates, and expectation management.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of project‑management experience.
• Background in Business Analysis or Product Management.
• Proven track record of improving business processes and implementing changes.
• Experience managing cross‑functional teams with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Upper‑Intermediate or Advanced English proficiency.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience implementing AI into products or processes (nice to have).
• Proficiency with no‑code/low‑code platforms such as n8n, Zapier, Make, Bubble, Bolt (nice to have).
