Senior QA Engineer – Remote Worldwide

About the role

We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer to ensure the quality, reliability and exceptional user experience of Tether’s digital finance products. The role combines manual and automated testing to deliver robust, secure solutions for a global audience.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and execute comprehensive test cases covering functional, regression and performance scenarios.
• Perform exploratory testing, identify defects and track them through resolution.
• Build and maintain scalable test automation frameworks.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous delivery.
• Collaborate with development, product and operations teams to improve testing efficiency and release speed.

Required profile

• Several years of experience as a QA Engineer in a fast‑paced, technology‑driven environment.
• Strong English communication skills and ability to work fully remotely with a global team.
• Proven track record of delivering high‑quality software through both manual and automated testing.
