SEO Specialist (Strategy & Growth)

About the role

We are seeking an SEO Specialist focused on strategy and growth to drive measurable organic traffic for our digital products in Italy. You will shape how users discover our offerings across search engines, working in a fast‑evolving, data‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive SEO strategy aligned with business objectives and quarterly OKRs.
• Manage a continuous pipeline of technical, content, and growth experiments.
• Oversee technical SEO performance, including site architecture, indexing, crawlability, internal linking, structured data, and platform health.
• Improve Core Web Vitals, page speed, mobile usability, and support migrations.
• Lead keyword research, user‑intent mapping, and on‑page optimization.
• Create scalable content publishing frameworks tied to search demand and conversion goals.
• Design and execute off‑page SEO initiatives such as backlink acquisition through digital PR and partnerships.
• Monitor performance with analytics tools and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with content, design, engineering, and marketing teams to embed SEO best practices.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on SEO experience in a growth‑driven, agency or enterprise setting.
• Strong expertise in technical SEO, including crawl optimization, indexing, site structure, and JavaScript considerations.
• Proven track record in content strategy, keyword research, on‑page optimization, and conversion‑focused SEO.

Required skills

• Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush (or equivalent).
• CMS platforms: WordPress, Shopify, headless systems.
• Basic HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• Technical SEO techniques: crawl optimization, indexing, structured data.
