Service Talent Development & Community Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Service Talent Development & Community Specialist to strengthen the skills, engagement and community spirit of Service Advisors and Technicians across our markets. The role sits within the Service Excellence & Customer Advocacy department and focuses on improving service quality, operational performance and employee retention.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch and continuously improve training programs covering technical, diagnostic, customer handling and process excellence.
• Analyse training gaps and productivity drivers to define targeted up‑skilling actions that boost workshop capacity.
• Build and animate a Service Community ecosystem that encourages knowledge sharing, best‑practice exchange, gamification and recognition.
• Collaborate with local markets to align training paths, certifications and role‑specific competencies.
• Support engagement and retention initiatives, contributing to career pathways and community‑based activities.
• Monitor and consolidate metrics on training adoption, performance and community participation.
• Partner with Technical Training, HR, Quality and After‑Sales Operations to align people‑development initiatives with business priorities.
• Act as the voice of Service Advisors and Technicians, feeding field feedback into global Service Excellence programs.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in training, talent development, service operations or people‑centric roles, preferably in after‑sales or service environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
