Solution Deployment Manager - French Speaking

About the role

Docebo is looking for a French‑speaking Solution Deployment Manager to lead the onboarding of Enterprise customers onto its AI‑powered learning platform. The role sits within the Professional Services team and combines project management and business analysis to ensure a smooth, rapid implementation experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple onboarding projects concurrently for customers across different countries.
• Collaborate with customers to define and document success criteria that will be tracked throughout the onboarding phase.
• Develop and monitor overall implementation schedules, including functional, customization, and integration work.
• Document project activities to maintain alignment across Customer Success departments.
• Facilitate the creation of functional and technical specifications to meet client requirements.
• Identify, quantify, and communicate risks to internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure projects stay within utilization and budget targets.

Required profile

• Fluent in French (written and spoken) and English (written and spoken).
• Minimum of 3 years experience as an Implementation Specialist, Project Manager, Technical Consultant, or similar role.
• Experience in the HR, e‑learning, or Learning Management System industry.
