Strategy Consultant – AI Training & Evaluation

About the role

We are looking for experienced strategy consultants to help us translate real consulting engagements into structured learning environments for advanced AI systems. The role is remote, project‑based and focuses on designing realistic consulting scenarios, tasks and evaluation rubrics that will train and assess AI agents.

Key responsibilities

• Build detailed, industry‑specific consulting project scenarios that reflect real‑world dynamics, including financial data, constraints and ambiguous information.
• Design discrete consulting tasks (e.g., market sizing, cost optimisation, growth strategy) that mirror the workflow of top‑tier consulting firms.
• Create grading frameworks, evaluation rubrics and golden‑answer solutions to enable large‑language‑model based assessment of AI outputs.
• Collaborate with AI engineers to integrate the scenarios into reinforcement‑learning environments.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on consulting experience at McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Oliver Wyman, Roland Berger, Monitor Deloitte, EY‑Parthenon, Kearney or Strategy&.
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous client problems, build financial models or market analyses, and deliver client‑ready recommendations under tight deadlines.
• Comfort presenting and defending recommendations in uncertain contexts.

Required skills

• Strong analytical and problem‑structuring capabilities.
• Experience creating client‑facing deliverables and financial/market models.
