Transport Planner (Collections & Distributions)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Transport Planner to join our Road Operations team, focusing on the planning and coordination of collection and distribution activities. The role ensures efficient daily transport operations and high service quality.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and control daily collections and deliveries, optimizing routes and capacity using EDI data.
• Coordinate closely with drivers, customers and internal teams to ensure timely service delivery.
• Monitor shipments in real time, manage deviations, and maintain transparency.
• Ensure on‑time CoDi performance while complying with SOPs and QHSE standards.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

Required profile

• Minimum two years’ experience in road logistics or freight forwarding.
• Strong operational mindset with focus on execution and quality.
• Customer‑oriented, solution‑driven and able to work under pressure.
• Effective communicator and team player.
• Fluent English; French or German is a plus.
