UI/UX Designer

About the role

The UI/UX Designer will shape the visual and interactive experience of our digital products. Working closely with product managers, you will translate brand requirements into intuitive, high‑impact designs that drive user satisfaction and conversion.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers to devise innovative visual and experiential solutions.
• Participate in all stages of visual design, from concept through release of new site versions.
• Create user‑friendly interfaces while preserving brand integrity and enhancing the online experience.
• Develop wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and concept maps to communicate design ideas.
• Present project milestones to team members and executive stakeholders.
• Conduct user research, analyze feedback, and incorporate findings into design iterations.
• Define and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
• Encourage continuous learning and digital innovation within the design team.
