About the role

Glovo is looking for an Account Manager to lead restaurant partnerships in Bologna. You will act as a trusted advisor, using data‑driven insights to help partners grow their business on the Glovo platform.

Key responsibilities

  • Build and maintain long‑term relationships with top restaurant partners through proactive communication.
  • Analyse performance data to identify growth opportunities and optimise menu, pricing and promotions.
  • Drive revenue growth by designing and executing targeted marketing activations and smart promotions.
  • Own the onboarding process, from store setup in the app to the first days of operation.
  • Collaborate with internal Marketing, Operations, Finance and Customer Service teams to deliver customised solutions.

Required profile

  • 2+ years of experience in high‑performance account management or business consultancy, preferably in FMCG, food‑hospitality or on‑demand delivery.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering or related field is a plus.
  • Native‑level Italian and professional proficiency in English.
  • Strong analytical mindset, detail‑oriented and able to meet ambitious KPIs.

Required skills

  • Proficiency with Google suite.
  • Experience using Salesforce (or similar CRM) is a plus.
