About the role
This position supports the CEO in a multinational environment, providing executive assistance and coordinating core business activities. It offers exposure to strategic decision‑making, governance, communications and HR operations.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, travel arrangements, priorities and key deliverables.
- Prepare presentations, reports and other materials for business planning and decision‑making.
- Coordinate meetings, follow‑ups and cross‑functional projects linked to strategic priorities.
- Maintain relationships with external stakeholders such as industry associations and chambers of commerce.
- Support compliance activities in partnership with the Compliance Officer.
- Collaborate with Finance and Procurement on orders, invoicing and administrative processes.
- Oversee day‑to‑day office management and operations.
- Assist with local governance activities, including Board and Shareholder meetings, minute taking and documentation.
- Contribute to internal and external communications, managing content for intranet and social media channels.
- Support HR initiatives such as onboarding, training coordination, surveys and administrative HR processes.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; legal background is a plus.
- 1–3 years of experience in a similar role within a multinational company or professional services environment.
- Fluent English; German is an advantage.
- Strong organisational abilities, high discretion and proactive attitude.
