Concierge – Luxury Hotel in Sardinia

About the role

The Concierge will be the primary point of contact for guests at the W Sardinia resort, delivering personalized service and ensuring memorable experiences throughout their stay. This full‑time, on‑site role requires a proactive attitude and the ability to anticipate and fulfill a wide range of guest requests.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to guest requests for transportation, reservations, dry cleaning and other special arrangements.
• Provide information about the property, local amenities, events and activities.
• Answer, record and process all guest calls, messages and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate department.
• Monitor the club lounge for seating availability, service quality and guest safety.
• Maintain accurate shift logs and document pertinent information.
• Report accidents, injuries or unsafe conditions and complete required safety training.
• Uphold company policies, professional appearance standards and confidentiality of proprietary information.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• No prior related work experience required.
• Ability to stand, sit or walk for extended periods and lift objects up to 10 lb.
• Strong communication skills and professional telephone etiquette.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service and supporting team goals.
