About the role
Salesforce is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide high‑level administrative support to both Sales and Non‑Sales leaders in Italy. The role demands a proactive, detail‑oriented professional who can manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage calendars and align schedules for senior executives.
- Arrange domestic and international travel, handle bookings and expense reporting.
- Prioritise and coordinate multiple work activities under tight deadlines.
- Support special projects for the Country Manager Office.
- Organise employee events and draft speeches for internal and external communications.
Required profile
- 3+ years of experience supporting senior management.
- Fluent in English with excellent written communication.
- High energy, strong attention to detail, and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Proven ability to manage tasks and projects in a structured way.
- Strong relationship‑building skills across the organization.
Required skills
- Advanced Excel.
- PowerPoint proficiency.
- Experience with Gmail and Google Calendar (Gcal).
