About the role
We are seeking a Hospitality Operations Specialist to join our team in Florence. You will be the primary point of contact for reactive operational tasks, ensuring swift resolution of issues across our apartment‑hotel properties while delivering five‑star guest experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Provide world‑class guest experiences and act as the go‑to troubleshooter for operational issues.
- Conduct thorough housekeeping quality audits to uphold high cleanliness standards.
- Manage supplier relationships and oversee health & safety compliance.
- Perform property inspections, plan and execute maintenance work.
- Develop, improve and implement standard operating procedures.
- Identify best practices and opportunities for operational enhancements.
Required profile
- At least 1 year of experience in hospitality, preferably in an apart‑hotel or operations role.
- Customer‑service mindset with a positive, can‑do attitude.
- Strong problem‑solving, communication and time‑management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Required skills
What we offer
- Annual gross salary between €26,000 and €28,000.
- Flexible 7‑day coverage with two days off per week; rotating shifts (7 am‑3 pm or 3 pm‑11 pm).
- On‑site role with occasional administrative tasks.
