Porter Trainee Internship

About the role

Join Marriott International’s Hotel Internship Program as a Porter Trainee at The Westin Palace in Milan. This onsite internship gives you a hands‑on introduction to daily hotel operations, guest service, and the Westin brand’s wellness focus while you continue your studies.

Key responsibilities

• Assist guests with luggage handling and transportation of items throughout the property.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of public areas, service stations, and equipment.
• Support front‑desk and bell‑staff teams during peak periods to ensure smooth guest experiences.
• Follow safety and security procedures while handling guest belongings.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a college or university program.
• Enthusiastic about hospitality and guest service.
• Good communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and perform physical tasks.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of hotel operations (preferred).
