Senior Account Manager – TikTok Shop (Milan)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Account Manager to join TikTok Shop’s fast‑growing team in Milan. You will own a portfolio of strategic merchants, helping them grow on TikTok’s social commerce platform by designing and executing tailored growth plans.

Key responsibilities

• Source, onboard and nurture high‑potential merchants across Italy.
• Develop and implement growth strategies covering product assortment, content, creator collaborations, pricing, logistics and campaigns.
• Own revenue and GMV targets, using data, experimentation and iteration to drive performance.
• Create scalable playbooks, dashboards and workflows to improve partner productivity.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Product, Operations, Marketing, Creator and Policy teams.
• Analyse market trends and category performance to uncover new opportunities.
• Lead internal projects such as category launches, merchant campaigns and B2B initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven ability to build trust with merchants and internal stakeholders.
• Results‑driven with a strong commercial mindset and a track record of meeting targets.
• Analytical, data‑oriented and capable of turning insights into action.
• Comfortable thriving in ambiguous, fast‑changing environments.
• Fluent in Italian and English, able to work in a global, cross‑cultural team.
