About the role
Korn Ferry is seeking a Senior Recruiter to support one of its global RPO clients on a one‑year fixed‑term basis. The role focuses on end‑to‑end talent acquisition, candidate relationship management, and delivering a high‑quality recruiting experience for both clients and candidates.
Key responsibilities
- Apply direct sourcing methodologies to attract top talent across professional and technical functions.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from hiring manager briefing to offer management.
- Engage and update stakeholders regularly on requisition status.
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies and channels to build relevant talent pools.
- Maintain expertise in candidate tracking systems and recruitment process efficiency.
Required profile
- Significant recruitment experience in an RPO, agency, or in‑house environment.
- Proven ability to manage the complete end‑to‑end recruitment process.
- Experience designing and executing direct sourcing strategies.
- Strong senior stakeholder management and adaptability to changing processes.
- Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
Required skills

- Annual gross salary between 47,000 EUR and 57,000 EUR.
