Senior Recruiter – 1 Year Fixed-Term Contract

About the role

Korn Ferry is seeking a Senior Recruiter to support one of its global RPO clients on a one‑year fixed‑term basis. The role focuses on end‑to‑end talent acquisition, candidate relationship management, and delivering a high‑quality recruiting experience for both clients and candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Apply direct sourcing methodologies to attract top talent across professional and technical functions.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from hiring manager briefing to offer management.
• Engage and update stakeholders regularly on requisition status.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies and channels to build relevant talent pools.
• Maintain expertise in candidate tracking systems and recruitment process efficiency.

Required profile

• Significant recruitment experience in an RPO, agency, or in‑house environment.
• Proven ability to manage the complete end‑to‑end recruitment process.
• Experience designing and executing direct sourcing strategies.
• Strong senior stakeholder management and adaptability to changing processes.
• Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
