About the role
Join the prestigious Hotel Cala di Volpe in Costa Smeralda as a Doorman/Front Desk Assistant. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome and seamless arrival experience in a luxury setting.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and escort guests to their rooms, opening doors and providing directions.
- Explain room features, amenities, and hotel services such as minibar, safe, and valet laundry.
- Transport luggage to and from guest rooms and assist with vehicle loading/unloading.
- Arrange transportation (taxi, shuttle, limousine) and communicate parking procedures.
- Maintain professional appearance, adhere to company policies, and report safety concerns.
- Assist guests with disabilities and handle telephone inquiries with proper etiquette.
- Perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lb unaided and up to 75 lb with assistance.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- No prior experience required; on‑the‑job training provided.
- Ability to work full‑time in a fast‑paced, guest‑focused environment.
- Good visual acuity for reading small print and following written instructions.
