About the role

The Account Manager – Rubber will drive profitable sales growth and manage Prime Plastics Europe’s rubber and automotive customer base across Western Europe. You will lead a team, develop new business, and ensure strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

Key responsibilities

Drive sales growth by proactively pursuing new and targeted accounts in the assigned region.
Achieve annual sales plan objectives, including volume and MSP profitability targets.
Establish, develop, maintain, and grow relationships with current and prospective customers.
Make regular telephone calls and in‑person visits, optimizing time and travel costs.
Provide weekly market reports and forecast sales based on history and project development.
Collaborate with logistics and finance to meet customer expectations.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in engineering related to rubber.
10–15 years of experience in a similar field.
Fluent in English.
Willingness to travel at least 25% of the time.
