Part‑time Client Advisor (20h/week) – Fixed Term 6 months

About the role

AMI is seeking a Client Advisor to work 20 hours per week in its Milan Rinascente boutique on a six‑month fixed‑term contract. You will act as an ambassador of the Maison, delivering a warm, authentic and high‑standard experience to both local and international clients.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist clientele, embodying the Maison’s service standards and hospitality.
• Identify client expectations and preferences to build personalized, lasting relationships.
• Present collections, highlighting AMI’s craftsmanship, identity and universe.
• Drive sales through tailored recommendations, cross‑selling and upselling.
• Develop and retain a client portfolio using client‑eling tools.
• Contribute to boutique targets and monitor key performance indicators.
• Share client insights with the team to strengthen collective commercial dynamics.
• Participate in daily boutique life, adapt to business priorities and suggest improvements.
• Maintain an impeccable sales environment and implement visual‑merchandising guidelines.
• Handle deliveries, stock integration, replenishment, transfers and inventories.
• Ensure product availability and follow Maison procedures and tools confidently.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of sales experience, preferably in luxury, premium ready‑to‑wear or luxury hospitality.
• Strong understanding of sales fundamentals and a genuine client‑service culture.
• Experience in client‑eling and building loyalty with demanding clientele.
• Elegant, dynamic, with excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Autonomous, rigorous, responsive and comfortable working as part of a team.
• Passionate about fashion with good knowledge of luxury industry codes.
• Fluent in English; additional language is a strong asset.
