AI Trainer – Bilingual Tutor (Italian & English)

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual Tutor to act as an AI Trainer, helping to improve the performance of conversational chat‑bots. You will work remotely from Italy, interacting with AI models in both Italian and English to assess and enhance their linguistic capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Engage in realistic conversations with AI chat‑bots in Italian and English to test their understanding.
• Write original dialogue scenarios that teach the bots appropriate responses.
• Evaluate the quality of AI outputs for correctness, relevance, and overall performance.
• Provide detailed feedback and ratings to guide model refinement.

Required profile

• Fluency in both English and Italian.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for language.
• Demonstrated expertise in writing, grammar, and linguistic nuance.
• Current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not mandatory).
