Associate Attorney – Family Law

About the role

Wagner & Bloch is a boutique litigation and alternative dispute resolution firm specializing in domestic relations and family law. We are seeking a full‑time Associate Attorney to join our Blue Ash office and support our growing family law practice.

Key responsibilities

• Handle divorce, dissolution, child support, and juvenile custody matters.
• Conduct mediation, post‑decree litigation, and out‑of‑court negotiations.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Represent clients in court hearings and trials.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff to develop case strategies.

Required profile

• Licensed to practice law in Ohio.
• Minimum three years of family law experience in Ohio.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Detail‑oriented with a commitment to client service.
