Associate Attorney – Full‑time Legal Position

About the role

McDowell Knight is seeking recent law graduates or experienced lateral hires to join its Associate Program. Associates will work on a variety of legal matters while receiving mentorship from senior attorneys.

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior lawyers on case preparation, research, and trial support.
• Draft pleadings, motions, memoranda, and other legal documents.
• Participate in client meetings and maintain client communications.
• Engage in continuing legal education and contribute to legal scholarship.

Required profile

• Law degree from an accredited university.
• Successful passage of the bar exam.
• Strong academic record and interpersonal skills.
• Professional references and an up‑to‑date resume.
