Associate Consultant – Enterprise Risk Services & Climate

About the role

Join Marsh Risk’s Enterprise Risk Services team in Milan as an Associate Consultant, working on enterprise risk projects for industrial clients. This hybrid position is part of a professional graduate programme designed for recent graduates.

Key responsibilities

• Support senior colleagues in designing and implementing risk management frameworks, including gap assessments, roadmaps, risk appetite statements and governance structures.
• Conduct quantitative and strategic risk analyses, develop key risk indicators, and enhance risk culture and reporting.
• Coordinate risk assessment campaigns and contribute to ad‑hoc initiatives such as operational and insurable risk assessments.
• Develop projects to optimise clients’ internal controls and collaborate with cross‑functional teams (cyber, compliance, public entities).

Required profile

• University Master Degree in Economics, Management, Finance, Risk Management or related field.
• Fluency in Italian and English.
• Strong interest in risk management, theoretical knowledge of Enterprise Risk Management, and extracurricular involvement.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, problem‑solving mindset and team‑oriented attitude.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint.
