Back Office Shift Leader – Terminal Operations Support

About the role

We are looking for a Back Office Shift Leader to support terminal operations at our Domodossola site. The role ensures smooth coordination between dispatch, loaders, railway partners and maintains accurate train documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Support terminal operations from the back office during your shift.
• Coordinate with dispatch and loaders to build and improve loading lists.
• Communicate with wagon masters, railway companies and shunting operations.
• Prepare train documentation (train lists, CIM).
• Check documents and match reservations/container IDs.
• Monitor operations and train status; report delays and issues early.

Required profile

• Driving licence B.
• Experience in logistics or operations management.
• Fluent in Italian and good English.
• Strong organisational and communication skills with a problem‑solving mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with TOS systems.
• Experience using ERP or similar logistics software.
