Terminal Operator – Reach Stacker & Tug Master

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Terminal Support Specialist to ensure smooth and safe operations at our Domodossola terminal. You will be responsible for handling equipment, coordinating movements, and maintaining compliance with safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Operate Reach Stacker and Tug Master vehicles to load and unload containers and trailers from trains, trucks and storage areas.
• Move trailers between parking lots and the train yard, ensuring efficient yard driving.
• Perform pre‑operation equipment checks and report any faults immediately.
• Stop operations instantly if a safety risk is identified.
• Coordinate with yard staff using radio and other communication systems.
• Follow all safety rules and wear required personal protective equipment at all times.

Required profile

• Valid Driving Licence B.
• Experience with heavy terminal equipment is a plus.
• Relevant certifications such as forklift/telehandler or truck licence are desirable.
• Comfortable using digital tools, including terminal operating systems on mobile devices or laptops.
• Calm, accurate work style and clear communication, especially during busy periods.
