Bilingual Content Editor (Italian) – AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual Content Editor fluent in Italian and English to help train and improve AI chatbots. You will work remotely from Italy, interacting with AI models to assess their performance and create high‑quality conversational content.

Key responsibilities

• Provide writing and editing tasks to AI chatbots and evaluate their outputs.
• Assess the quality of AI‑generated content for correctness, style, and brand voice.
• Measure chatbot progress through conversational testing in both Italian and English.
• Collaborate on improving AI model performance by supplying novel conversation scenarios.

Required profile

• Fluency in both English and Italian.
• Detail‑oriented with an excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice.
• Current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
• Must reside in Italy and be able to work independently as a contractor.
