About the role
We are seeking a Business Development Account Manager to lead the international expansion of Arduino's e‑commerce business under the Qualcomm umbrella. You will design and execute go‑to‑market strategies, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and ensure seamless entry into new regions across Europe.
Key responsibilities
- Assess market potential, consumer trends and regional demand for Arduino solutions.
- Define localized go‑to‑market strategies, marketing approaches and distribution logistics.
- Select and integrate e‑commerce platforms and third‑party solutions for each market.
- Coordinate multi‑disciplinary teams to align on milestones and deployment timelines.
- Set up new storefronts, ensure regulatory compliance and integrate with internal systems.
- Monitor performance using KPIs, provide ROI analysis and data‑driven recommendations.
- Plan and run conversion tests and funnel optimisations to maximise sales.
Required profile
- 5+ years of experience managing and scaling e‑commerce marketplaces across multiple countries.
- Proven ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Strong project‑management and organisational skills.
