About the role

As a Chef de Rang in our luxury fine‑dining environment, you will deliver an exceptional dining experience to discerning guests. You will manage an assigned section of the restaurant, ensuring every detail meets the highest standards of service and hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Provide attentive, personalized service to guests throughout their dining experience.
• Maintain ownership of a designated section, coordinating with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service.
• Anticipate guest needs, offer knowledgeable recommendations, and handle special requests with professionalism.
• Uphold fine‑dining service standards, including proper table settings, wine service, and course timing.
• Collaborate closely with the restaurant team to maintain a smooth and efficient operation.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of experience in luxury hospitality, fine‑dining restaurants, or Michelin‑starred establishments.
• Strong understanding of fine‑dining service standards and guest‑centric hospitality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment.
