Data Scientist and Training Analyst

About the role

Booz Allen is seeking an experienced data engineer to join mission‑driven projects, turning large volumes of structured and unstructured data into actionable insights. You will work in a fast‑paced, agile environment, collaborating with analysts, developers, and data consumers to build and maintain analytic solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, operationalize, and maintain data pipelines and workflows for reporting and analytics at enterprise scale.
• Guide a multidisciplinary team of analysts, data engineers, developers, and data consumers.
• Assess, design, build, and sustain analytic solutions that meet client needs.
• Develop and deliver training materials, documentation, and workshops for data systems and tools.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering or application development.
• 3+ years designing, developing, and maintaining data applications for analytics.
• 3+ years of experience with Python, SQL, Scala, or R.
• Secret clearance (TS/SCI preferred).
• HS diploma or GED with 8+ years in Data Science, or Associate’s degree with 4+ years in Data Science.
• Active passport with at least six months validity for visa purposes.
