Digital Business Analyst

About the role

Based at Ferragamo’s headquarters in Florence, the Digital Business Analyst will support the E‑business team by turning data into actionable insights that drive e‑commerce growth. You will monitor performance across the customer journey, advise on optimisation opportunities and help shape strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse e‑business performance, identifying growth opportunities, commercial trends, operational risks and optimisation areas through KPI monitoring at global and local levels.
• Translate data, customer behaviour and campaign results into strategic recommendations for cross‑functional teams.
• Oversee reporting and performance monitoring, ensuring consistency across dashboards, analytics frameworks and measurement standards.
• Use digital analytics tools such as GA4 and Contentsquare to evaluate traffic, user behaviour, conversion dynamics and revenue drivers.
• Support forecasting, budgeting and financial planning for the e‑commerce department, aligning with regional and corporate stakeholders.
• Monitor data accuracy, cost performance and digital initiative effectiveness, collaborating with technical and business teams to improve tracking, attribution and reporting quality.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in digital business or strategic analytics within an e‑business or retail environment.
• Proven track record of analytics projects delivering measurable commercial or cost impact.
• Strong analytical acumen and ability to manage large‑scale data sets.
