DTC Creative Strategist (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a DTC Creative Strategist to join our fully remote, multicultural team. The role combines creative thinking with data‑driven strategy to design high‑performing social media ads for direct‑to‑consumer brands.

Key responsibilities

• Develop innovative concepts and angles for video ads on TikTok and Meta platforms.
• Translate strategic ideas into detailed creative briefs, scripts and storyboards.
• Lead and coordinate a small creative team of editors and designers to produce assets.
• Analyse campaign performance data to optimise ROI and inform future strategies.
• Maintain direct communication with clients, presenting ideas and reporting results.

Required profile

• Fluent English (C1 level or higher), both written and spoken.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in online advertising, preferably for DTC brands.
• Background in a performance‑marketing or creative agency, or in‑house brand role.
• Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment.
