English Trainer, Editor & Translator (Milan)

About the role

BonelliErede is looking for a native‑speaker English professional to join its English Improvement Department in Milan. The role combines training, editing and translation to help the firm communicate legal advice in clear, plain English.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver business English training programmes, with a focus on digital and blended learning.
• Conduct English proficiency assessments for internal candidates.
• Translate and edit a variety of documents, including legal instruments, memos, correspondence and marketing materials.
• Collaborate with HR, Marketing, ICT and other departments on cross‑functional projects.

Required profile

• Native English speaker with solid experience in business English training.
• Excellent written communication and strong organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Attention to detail and a proactive, team‑oriented attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience using Computer‑Assisted Translation (CAT) tools.

What we offer

• Permanent full‑time contract classified under the Italian CCNL Studi Professionali (Level II/III).
• Gross annual salary between €28,000 and €35,000.
