Enterprise Risk Management Analyst – Group Risk & Insurance

About the role

The Enterprise Risk Management Analyst will join the Group Risk and Insurance Management department, reporting to the Head of Group ERM. The position provides cross‑functional exposure within a Group‑level team and offers the opportunity to develop ERM expertise in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support the collection, analysis and consolidation of risk‑related data to enable effective Enterprise Risk Management processes.
• Maintain and periodically update the Group Risk Register, ensuring accurate qualitative risk assessments.
• Assist in monitoring mitigation actions and action plans, working with Risk Owners and senior ERM professionals.
• Plan and coordinate meetings with corporate functions and business lines for risk‑mapping reviews and mitigation tracking.
• Prepare and update periodic risk reporting, dashboards and governance documents for management.
• Contribute to the development, maintenance and improvement of departmental tools, databases and reporting solutions, including digital platforms and Business Intelligence applications.
• Support the evolution of ERM methodologies, tools and processes and promote a risk‑aware culture across the organization.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in Risk Management or Internal Control with exposure to ERM processes.
• Ability to interact with senior stakeholders and conduct structured interviews.
• Strong analytical and synthesis abilities with high attention to data quality and traceability.
• Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite and experience preparing management‑level reports.
• Fluency in Italian and professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Academic background in engineering, economics, finance, business administration or related fields.
• Familiarity with ERM frameworks (risk registers, impact/probability matrices, risk appetite, Monte Carlo models) is a plus.
• Experience with Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI) or GRC/ERM platforms (e.g., Workiva, Safran Risk Manager) is an advantage.
