Global Legal Manager

About the role

The Global Legal Manager will join Menarini Group’s Global Legal and General Affairs Department, based at the company headquarters in Florence, Italy. This senior legal professional will provide high‑level legal support for the worldwide development and commercialization of Menarini’s pharmaceutical, oncology, IVD/MD and aesthetic product portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate domestic and international contracts, including confidentiality, license, distribution, research, funding and service agreements.
• Support inbound and outbound supply‑chain operations and real‑estate matters by preparing manufacturing, logistics, lease, tenancy and construction contracts.
• Provide timely legal advice to business units on a broad range of issues, such as third‑party seizure procedures and debt assignments, ensuring compliance with laws and internal policies.
• Assist internal AI legal projects and cross‑functional initiatives, collaborating closely with the legal team.
• Oversee litigation matters in partnership with external counsel.

Required profile

• Law degree; bar admission is a plus.
• 5–8 years of experience in a top‑tier law firm or in‑house legal department, preferably within the pharmaceutical sector.
• Fluent English, both spoken and written.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Business‑oriented mindset with a pragmatic, solution‑driven approach.
