Global SEO Specialist

About the role

Amplifon is looking for a data‑driven Global SEO Specialist to join its Global Website Team in Milan. You will design and execute SEO strategies that boost organic visibility across the company’s worldwide digital properties, bridging marketing goals with technical implementation, including emerging Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and Agentic AI platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Perform technical SEO audits (crawlability, Core Web Vitals) and translate findings into actionable tickets for developers (schema, redirects, JavaScript rendering).
• Develop and implement AI‑focused SEO tactics to ensure content is LLM‑friendly and visible in Agentic AI ecosystems such as SearchGPT and Perplexity.
• Monitor, analyse and report on organic traffic, keyword rankings, and conversion metrics, communicating results to global stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align SEO initiatives with broader marketing and product roadmaps.

Required profile

• Master’s degree.
• 2–3 years of professional SEO experience in an agency or in‑house environment.
• Full professional fluency in English (written and spoken); Italian is a plus.
• Experience working on multilingual, global websites.
• Interest or experience with the Agentic AI ecosystem and generative AI’s impact on search.

Required skills

• Google Search Console.
• SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog.
• Adobe Marketing Cloud (preferred).
• HTML, CSS and a solid understanding of JavaScript rendering.
• Core Web Vitals, schema markup, redirects and other technical SEO elements.
