Guest Service Agent – Night

About the role

The Guest Service Agent – Night is the primary point of contact for guests during overnight hours at Four Seasons Hotel Venice. This role creates a welcoming and reassuring environment, ensuring seamless arrivals, departures and continuous support throughout the guest journey while upholding Four Seasons’ luxury standards.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests during night operations and provide room escorting.
• Handle guest interactions across in‑person, phone, email and chat channels.
• Respond promptly to requests, reservations and concierge‑style support such as restaurant bookings and transportation arrangements.
• Offer guidance, assistance and tailored recommendations for hotel outlets and local experiences.
• Maintain accurate guest profiles by recording preferences and interactions in Four Seasons systems.
• Support smooth overnight operations and ensure a seamless departure experience.

• Professional, efficient and empathetic demeanor.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple guest touchpoints.
• Capability to communicate effectively in more than one language.
