Head of Legal – Corporate Governance & M&A

About the role

The Group Legal & Compliance Department of RadiciGroup and DOMO is seeking a Head of Legal to lead the integrated legal function across both organisations. Reporting to the General Counsel, you will ensure seamless legal integration, corporate governance and support for global business operations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate corporate governance and housekeeping for entities in multiple jurisdictions, including board and shareholders’ meetings, registrations, filings and delegation of authority.
• Design and execute corporate restructuring operations such as mergers, de‑mergers and simplifications to align RadiciGroup and DOMO.
• Provide legal support for extraordinary transactions, joint ventures and partnerships, leading due diligence and negotiating complex agreements (SPA, SHA, NDA).
• Oversee drafting, negotiation and risk mitigation of global commercial contracts covering procurement, supply, distribution and IP.
• Manage litigations and disputes, coordinating external law firms and ensuring effective resolution.
• Advise top management and core corporate functions on corporate law matters and governance best practices.

Required profile

• Law degree; admission to the Bar highly preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in corporate legal roles within multinational companies or international law firms.
• At least 2–3 years in a managerial or team‑coordination position.
• Deep expertise in international corporate law, corporate governance and cross‑border M&A.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
