HR Business Partner – Multi‑site (Europe, North America, Asia)

About the role

The HR Business Partner will support the Precision Fluid Technologies Business Unit, based in Trivolzio, and act as a strategic HR advisor for sites across Europe, North America, Mexico and Asia. Reporting to the BU CEO, the role focuses on aligning people strategies with business objectives to drive growth and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the BU leadership team on workforce planning, talent strategy and organizational design.
• Provide expert guidance on performance management, leadership development, change initiatives and decision‑making.
• Analyse HR metrics such as turnover, absenteeism and competency gaps to support data‑driven decisions.
• Coordinate talent management processes including performance reviews, succession planning and training needs.
• Act as primary point of contact for employee and manager queries, handling relations, disciplinary matters and ensuring compliance with labour laws.
• Manage industrial relations, negotiate with trade unions, works councils and employer associations, and oversee labour dispute resolution.
• Ensure consistent implementation of HR policies, processes and governance across all sites.
• Lead cross‑functional projects related to organisational transformation, HR digitalisation and process optimisation.

Required profile

• Degree in Psychology, Economics, Law, Political Science or related field; Master’s in HRM is a plus.
• Minimum 10 years of HR experience, preferably as an HR Business Partner.
• Proven experience in multi‑site environments and handling industrial/union relations.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret HR data.
• Fluent in English; additional language skills are advantageous.
